Chandan Bez Baruah is practicing contemporary artist from Guwahati, Assam, India. He is Living and working in Delhi NCR. He did his BFA and MFA in Printmaking with 1st class from Government Art College Guwahati, Assam, and Viswa-Bharati University Santiniketan West Bengal. He goes through different series of work with socio-politically identity exploration from his surroundings. He did his first solo show in 2003 at Srimanta Sankervev Kalakhetra Guwahati. He participated in Various National and International Participations, group show and competitive exhibition. He is the recipient of National Scholarship from India along with various awards. He has been invited for several national and regional workshop in India.
